        Never open on time always late open. People waiting and not happy. Some times only one member of staff elderly. This is a post office should be open on time. It's now 9.40am no one at all here

        My experience is insufficient staffing levels resulting in queues out the door and closing early leaving myself and others peering through that same door. I try and use other options now whenever possible which is a shame for a potentially convenient local service.
