I visited the Culcheth Chemist over the Christmas period 2022, I found all the staff to be pleasant & cheerful, the team member I dealt with regarding my eye issue, explained the medication I needed with empathy. A big well done.

Ive been using this chemist for about 5 years and was great at first, but gradually getting worse. This time I ordered on a Sunday, came in on the Wednesday, was told it was not ready and to come back later. Came back on the Thursday and they didnt have all of the medication and was told to come back on the Friday afternoon. 3 trips to collect a prescription is very inconvenient. Also on the Wednesday, there was a large queue and a member of staff came back in with a bottle of milk so that they could make their tea rather than deal with the queue of people.

Not sure if the driver was delivering on behalf of the Culcheth chemist but the Tim's and Parker van who arrived in Winwick at 12.30 today Thursday 9th should take more note of the speed limits - 20mph not at 30 mph plus espeically when he's in the middle of the road going around a bend. Not a good advert for the chemist .
