        I saw a locum doctor today. Absolutley great hope she will be staying on at the surgery. Thankyou so much for the sympathy and treatment. Also the staff in reception are lovely and polite.

        Rarely have issues getting appointments, and the entire team are very good. Occasional issues with prescriptions using the app but they're sorted quickly enough not to be of particular concern.

        I have recently moved Doctors from Lowton to Culcheth medical centre, which I was with for over 30 years, due to complete lack of competence. All the staff at Culcheth Medical centre are very friendly and professional. Tracey (nurse) in particular has given excellent care, knowledge and support. She is thorough, friendly and professional and gives piece of mind knowing my children have been seen and treated to a high standard. Thank you to you all, for your hard work and support.
