Took some jewellery for valuation to sell, gave a price then raised it another 100 based on the fact I had another quote from somewhere else. On doing so I would not sell, I will not be ripped off by someone who could not even tell me the gram for each item, scales were not in view. Was only in the shop 5mins to be spoken to abruptly the man was very rude no manners whatsoever. WiWill

Sold some family gold jewellery here - this is critical of myself but very critical of the shop. I did not get told what weight of gold or the gold price per gram that made up my payment. I feel the shop owner as the professional should have told me and I now believe I have been sold very short. Rang the shop a few days later and owner claimed he had no record of the weight of gold!! Feeling very concerned with shop and would not recommend anyone to use it.

John is very knowledgeable about gold and silver. Its a fantastic shop and there are lots of things to look at. I always go out with something from the shop.
