We cant thank the Courtyard team enough for all their help with our sale. It was a very difficult sale due to the other side but Sam, Toni, Karen and team were brilliant throughout the whole process, from marketing the property(with excellent photography and video) through to completion. Really couldn't of done this without Sam at the start of our journey , the time and effort put in by Sam , finding us buyers Sam was on hand at all times for us responding to.any queries at times, also thank you to Toni who was aftersales and karen from the office who was very good.The fees are expensive compared to other estate agents, but you do get a lot of support from Sam who I dealt on the beginning We can't thank the team enough for what they done for us making our move a very smooth transition On the day of the move , Sam called to make I was OK. They have so much empathy , so please consider going with these guys, you will not be dissatisfied

The team at Courtyards really do look after you and do everything they say they are going to. They have been amazing in helping my parents to sell their family home of 43 years and nothing was too much trouble and no question was silly or went unanswered. We would definitely use them again.
