Ive been here twice for training. Very thorough, would highly recommend. My tutor was Tanielle, shes very experienced and answered all of my questions. I managed to treat lots of models too. Great communication from Nathan regarding booking courses too. Nothing is too much trouble. Overall, id highly recommend training here.

I wrote this review on the day of my appointment but decided to delete it to give them the opportunity to put it right. But as they have just ignored my contact since suggest they dont want my custom which is fine Ive had it done elsewhere since but just because someone has medical issues they shouldnt be treated like this. I understand they may get nervous around difficult cases but dont just ignore them and dont respond. Anyway this is my original review Ive now decided to post as they have ignored the opportunity to put it right. Came for a treatment a couple of weeks ago, which Ive had many times before Appointment time was at 4pm and arrived at 3:50pm. At 4:33 I was seen only to be told it wasnt going ahead. On the form it asked about medical conditions as it always does, I filled mine in, again as always and they said as I had a medical condition the prescriber needed to speak with me and didnt have time too now so would ask I rebook and see her face to face next time. I completely understand safety and if they want to be sure with things like this then of course, but I was told the usual prescriber that should of been available today just wasnt answering the phone so they had to contact another prescriber who said they werent happy to prescribe as they needed to speak with me and didnt have the time to do that now over the phone. I tried to explain that I completely understand any safety concerns I just wasnt very happy with the Not having time for me part of it, but was repeatedly told its a safety issue which isnt the reason it didnt go ahead, the reason it didnt go ahead it because firstly the prescriber booked didnt respond and the second didnt have time which obviously she wouldnt if she was supposed to be part of it today. The place I used to go to in Ormskirk had the prescriber on site on your first visit for a consultation before it went ahead for every new client. These dont do this they just do it over the phone which im sure is fine if its a client who has no medical history or takes no medication but as the majority of the population has some medical issue you would like to think they would be better prepared as other more professional clinics are. What if it was going ahead and I just had a question about it from the prescriber, if they are there then that can happen. If they are not there then it leaves it open for things like this to happen such as not answering the phone or not having time. Im sure its a great clinic in many ways but in my experience you judge a business on how they handle problems and sorry but this was handled very poorly. Will be finding an alternative clinic with better practices similar to the ones I have used in the past. I dont feel its good practice to not have a prescriber available to speak with a client and shows they priorities speed of service over anything else.
