Strictly Chair Yoga with Jackie Turner

Very good im just getting over an operation andthe moves were just right for me. Bit of dancing excervise weights and meditation. Jackies a very good teacher enthusiatic and controlled.

Jackie is a great teacher, her class is varied and well structured. She has incorporated music and dance in her chair yoga making it really good fun. It does make a difference both for your health and your mood. Well done Jackie!

Jackie has such a rare quality in teaching! She is able to juggle fun, humour and a strong knowledge of yoga whilst weaving in attention to every one of her students while they practise both in live classes and on zoom.

Jackie is an amazing yoga teacher. She explains all the moves clearly and slowly and makes sure everyone understands. Her style of teaching is easy to follow and she watches everyone to make sure they are doing the moves safely. She is passionate about what she is doing, she never rushes through and almost always gives more time than she is booked for. Jackie is particularly good with elderly people and they clearly love her! I would highly recommend Jackie for Chair Yoga.
