        Great experience from initial visit to getting the install done. I had a ton of questions and a somewhat complex install due to where the water outlet from the softener had to go. Softener is in our basement and there were not many options. Jordan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. Great service.

        Jordan and the team helped solve a complicated challenge which we thought was caused by the water softener but actually was a general plumbing problem. They spent lots of time and effort and never tried hard sell on anything. Really trustworthy group of people and I will be using them again.
