        Myself and my partner would just like to thank the doctors and staff at Cuffley for our fast referrals and follow up on results especially as I went into my appointment with a big list of issues. It is difficult to get through to the practice on the telephone due to the high demand but when you do manage to get an appointment it is fantastic service, so thank you, we appreciate it!

        Whenever I have seen a GP or nurse Im very happy with the care they give. The problem is getting an appointment is a nightmare, they dont have a simple call waiting system so the phone is constantly engaged. Very old fashioned in my opinion not sure why they dont have this in place?!

        Shocking. Just want a phonecall back from a Doctor.....no app not even for a phonecall.....ridiculous. Have you tried the pharmacy???? Are the receptionist now programmed to say this!
