A fantastic non-chain gym with excellent facilities. Constantly clean and hygienic. Staff unbelievably welcoming and invested in the progress of all members, even if they're not directly PT-ing. Fantastic classes, and most importantly, no ego/intimidation anywhere. I see gym goers from 18 to 80 love it the same.

Great facility. Lovely staff and coaches. Warm friendly atmosphere. Good pricing structure with a number of different packages to suit different needs and circumstances. Definitely worth a try!

Nice enough gym, adequate for what I required, unfortunately not enough range of equipment for my needs and also extremely busy so hard to get round a good amount of the equipment there. I like the concept, but I got barely any use out of my membership due to a gruelling work schedule as i dont work 9-5. I am now contacting to cancel this and my email has not been acknowledged from the initial email sent 5 days ago, which I find quite unprofessional! Update 17.03 - I am STILL awaiting a clear cut response to my request, the same day I posted this review, I received a short, open ended email from a member of the team, I responded immediately and 2 days later, I'm STILL awaiting for a response!? So far from impressed, removing a star as a result!
