Daisy was a first time visitor and it was also the first time shed been away from home. I collected a relaxed and happy cat from Ann. It was great and reassuring to get updates from Ann and it was clear Daisy had felt immediately at home. Daisy has already got her suitcase packed for further visits.

Longcroft Cuffley is in a lovely setting with all the excellent facilities you would expect from a Longcroft Hotel! Ann is extremely kind and helpful and we had plenty of updates during our cat's stay with her in March. Definitely recommended! Jennifer Carey.

Longcroft Cuffley is simply put, brilliant. Ann is lovely, organised and friendly. She has taken excellent care of Alfonso and we feel super safe leaving him there. The rooms are spacious, theres plenty of toys and interaction. Always nice to go away and have one less thing to worry about!
