I have been having regular coaching sessions with Obi and attending their quarterly Growth Clubs for the past eight months. The help, support, and guidance that I have received so far have been invaluable. Obi has helped to transform my mindset and the way my team and I work on a day-to-day basis. I carried out a free trial with Action Coach. I did not know what to expect from coaching but i was very pleased with their service, friendliness and knowledge. They helped with a lot of the issues I knew I had but also issues I wasnt aware of. The whole coaching experience led me to have an attitude adjustment. I find myself much more positive than before. Things seem achievable and I have a greater picture for the future

Oby has been coaching me and from Ines the VA I became Ines the business owner in few months. From being a solopreneur, I have now a Team of 4 under my wings in just four months. We were approached for some business coaching a few months ago and thought we would give it a try. We are a small family run company which has been very successful carrying out electrical work for a number of years. Obi has been very helpful teaching us how important scheduling certain business activities are and what effects they have on our business. How to look at focusing our time better, looking to the future and implementing systems to achieve even more success. We would definitely recommend their services to new and existing businesses trying to achieve more. I have no doubt we will be using their services going forward.

I've worked with obi and the team for some time now and together we have put strategies in place and implemented different ideas to aid the growth of my business.
