I moved to Cuffley around 7 years ago and was a lil nervous as I hoped I would find a kind caring and clean salon. I only have colour never have Mel is always happy kind and smiling. They are not pushy and take care and advise you what will Suit you. Andreas is an asset to Rococo and so are the other team members. I have only ever been to Rococo as never felt they didnt want to do my hair even though I dont have anything else done. Rococo is a rare gem of a place. In my experience some salons can feel intimidating but Rococo makes you feel special as soon as you step inside their door. Youll always receive the warmest of welcomes and that personalised treatment that makes you feel incredible. Its my favourite place, a relaxed a professional salon that is second to none. Wow! What a fantastic colour I received from Mel 2 weeks ago. She delivered EXACTLY what I was looking for, which was to darken down the orangey brassy warm highlights I had had done elsewhere and soften the overall tones to look more natural. Using lowlights, a creamier blonde and a tint to cover the grey and blend more of my natural colour into my hair, Mel broke up the colour and the result was amazing! I can honestly say that it was the best colour service I have ever had, followed by a brilliant blow dry. It is rare in my experience that a hair stylist listens and does exactly what you have asked for but that is something that can always be said for Mel. On top of which, there is a lovely friendly vibe in the salon and you are always made to feel welcome. Highly recommend!! Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling
