        Fitted me a boiler brand that he rated and has been unbelievably bad in terms of breakdowns, everything that could have gone wrong with it... Has! Broke two of my bathroom tiles whilst working on the aforementioned jaw-droppingly reliable boiler without so much as a word... Just took his and legged it! As an added bonus... His attitude is astonishingly indifferent too. Must be having a right proper chortle at gullible individuals such as myself.

        Had to re-arrange the fitting of a radiator after work commitments meant I couldn't keep the booking (people have to earn a living). Was told I should use a different plumber in future via a passive aggressive text, not impressed at all. Avoid.
