I have been a loyal customer to big mammas for a good few years but lately the food and customer service has gone downhill. Ordered last night on just eat. Ordered chicken tikka with chips salad. Salad was sparse and it was cold. Also ordered donner kebab with chips, i automatically assumed it came with pitta bread but it didnt. It was in a very small container and also cold. When i rang to question why there was no pitta the person was very rude said there is no pitta with what you order, i then say if i wanted donner meat and chips that what i would have ordered. But i ordered donner kebab and chips. Again he raised his voice and was very rude and then hung up on me. I will never order from here again. Disgusting.
