        Dont usually write reviews, ordered for delivery at 9:57 over the phone and waited till now which is 12, tried ringing several times but no answer so weve been waiting over 2 hours for nothing what a waste of time

        Waited an hour after order was accepted for it to be cancelled. Told its because they had too many orders.

        Placed an order at 8pm, order delayed twice, new predicted delivery time was 10:30pm, way too late. Rang to cancel, no explanation/apology and no information provided about the order. If we were told that the order was due to be delivered shortly then we would not have cancelled. I wouldn't call wanting your order to be delivered within the predicted time slot "an exacting standard" Won't be ordering again, disappointed.
