Innoscent Spa - Dog Grooming

We have taken Freddie to 2 other groomers before we found Innocent Spa and wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff are amazing and are so patient with Freddie. He is a very shy and scared dog and they take time with every step of the grooming process, listening to what we want. They spend time removing any matting, instead of just shaving it off. Nothing has been too much trouble and Freddie leaves looking neat and tidy every time. Thank you team!

I have been bringing my little shih tzu here for over 12 months now and what a lovely place she really enjoys her groom and comes out looking and smelling fabulous, our last visit she was groomed by Ali, she was fantastic I explained exactly what I wanted she did a fabulous job and explained what she had done in detail made sure my dog was comfortable at all times as she is not a huge fan of her face been done. Overall fantastic experience great staff lovely groomers

I wouldn't take Kobi anywhere else. He is a HUGE dog, but quite nervous of water. He is so well looked after by Abbie and she does with him what he can cope with. I love the fact I can leave him there for 3 hours and not have to worry in the slightest as I know he is in the best possible hands. x

This is now our regular groomers. Ted loves it and always comes out looking and smelling fab! Really liked that they allow a longer slot on the first appointment to let the dog get used to everything. Thanks guys!
