Appalling service - surgery will do everything they can to avoid dealing with patients and when they do dont bother reading notes. Almost impossible to book face to face appointments and medical staff constantly kicking the can down the road resulting in problems dragging on for years or patients giving up altogether.

Everytime I call the practice, I can never get through so I email and they reply saying I have to call them. E-consult doesn't work either. The last thing I am going to try is to go to the practice without an appointment so hopefully in that way I can actually get the help I need! I have been with the practice for 6 years but I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere because I am not happy with the service.

It would be helpful if the reception staff actually ever bothered to answer the phone. Ive been on hold for an hour, desperately trying to book my sons vaccinations and although the hold music stops and the phone starts ringing no one is bothering to answer. This has happened three times in the last week except this time Im not giving up!
