Brilliant service with a smile - HQ were very good keeping me informed when the guys will turn up and very good in providing advice on an olive and fir tree I had. Cleared all the debris and even used a blower to clear the garden debris - will definitely use their services again. Sharing before and after pictures

Shaun came down with a colleague, friendly and polite and cut down 3 small shrubs/ trees and a bamboo which was a heck of a job.They were fast and efficient, would definitely recommend.

One of the worst customer experience I ever had , very poor follow up on requests, numerous mistake for the council tree pruning planning application ending up wasting 4 month and the application got rejected at the end due to lack of response from the company .. definelty not recommended

Brilliant! My experience with London Tree Co. has been positive from the first meeting with Shaun, the owner. Their quotes are reasonable, the work is done quickly and on time, and they really care that the customer is satisfied. Friendly and professional, I highly recommend these guys.

We have been using the services of the London Tree Company for some years now. Although we get quotes from other tree surgeons on occasion, we keep returning to the London Tree Company as we find their pricing to be fair and the jobs well done. They've always been quick to respond, come to us for a quote (subsequently emailed to us very promptly). Team has always turned up on time and work has always been well executed (as per agreed quote), all cleaned up afterwards. The company's owner, Shaun, has always been very pro-active with us and went beyond the 'call of duty' one time when I rang their office, as our new cat was stuck at the top of one of our tall trees. Shaun came round at the end of his working day and got our cat back well and safe. It is not a service they offer per se, but we are forever grateful that he came out of his way to our rescue. The tree work assessment has always been to the point in our case, no unnecessary or expensive work if not needed. In our experience, we've only had honest and expert professional work from the London Tree Company and Shaun. Thank you :-)
