Nila guided us gently through our practice and I ended the session feeling both relaxed and reinvigorated. I am looking forward to being on the mat again soon.

Nila's online yoga session are brilliant. Nila creates a very calming approach and you feel stronger and looser after the session. She always gives you an alternative option if you are unable to carry some of the moves out. I highly recommend these sessions, really good for mind, body and soul.

Nilas yoga has been a lifesaver during Covid! I am a newcomer to yoga and she took time to help me improve while not holding up the rest of the class. That way I didn't feel pressured. Very understanding and friendly!

I have had back and hip problems for years but never considered Yoga as a solution. My wife persuaded me to join her as she found it highly beneficial to her. Nila was able to lead the class in such a way that I felt I could fit in with the pace of the others who had done it for some time, I rarely felt unable to cope. Even then Nila always gives alternative moves for the less flexible ones like me. To my great surprise, i have rapidly come to realise I am becoming more flexible with less pain and my back feels amazing after each session. I can see my Osteopath bills evaporating with each stretch. During each class, Nila takes us through a variety of moves, each week adding in a few different ones. I can already feel improvement in my core strength and balance abilities. Putting on socks has never been this easy. I would highly recommend Nila Yoga to anyone, of all ages and abilities.
