I have used S&J for a garage conversion and fitting of a new kitchen. Having received quotes from many local builders, S&J offered great value and had been recommended to us from friends who had used them for works at their property. I found their work ethic to be excellent with all their employees, subcontractors work ethic following suit. Both Andrew and George were very responsive to queries/ requests and were forthcoming with solutions. The final finish is to a high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends or family.

Andy and George renovated our garage and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, punctual and reliable. The quote was very very reasonable and the work was delivered to the highest standard. The communication from them was on-point and clear and Andy made sure that he responded to any questions or requests we had quickly. Andy and the team were on site during the project and they couldn't have been more polite or respectful. The end result is of a fantastic quality and we would recommend Sinclair & Jones.

Very impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism of the team. Explained everything at each stage of the build and gave suggestions on how things could be improved as well as making sure we were happy with the work as it was proceeding. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

From responding to our request for quote through to handing over the keys working with Andrew, George and all the S&J Team has been a great experience. In a little over six weeks, they have transformed our dark cold dinge double garage into a light filled warm office/gym (Man Cave!). All delivered to the agreed price. With a detailed response to quote we knew exactly what was being provided, timings were accurate and communications exceptional. Works all carried out in tidy well-ordered way to a high standard. Any issues and they were minor, were quickly and painless resolved. Even the additional jobs that always crop e.g. extra plastering, paving & plumbing all efficiently quoted for and incorporated into the build schedule. Andrew and George have built an exceptional team of quality trades around them and my wife and I would happily recommend Sinclair & Jones Building Contractors.
