Home Developments Sussex

Stefan did a 2 storey side extension for us and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend him. Why? He was very clear and concise with his communications, would ask us about things and wouldnt assume anything. He was flexible when needed and most important he did his work to an extremely high standard. His team and himself were very friendly, clean, punctual and anyone he got in to do things like plastering mirrored and met his high standards. Our project was all the better for having Stefan onboard and would definitely go back to him if we needed to do anything again in the future. Were over 80% through our build and Stefan has made the whole process completely and utterly brilliant. Building work and renovation when you are at home is never easy but when youve got Stefan and his team its a pleasure to have them on site and he brings such a high standard it reduces then normal Stresses that come with these projects by a huge amount. I am a draftsman and do planning applications & building regulation approvals in the Sussex Surrey & Kent areas. We have worked with home developments Sussex on a number of projects and all the clients are very happy with his work which is always carried out to a high standard. He has come up with solutions for clients in the past which shows he is a experienced builder. The business is run in a very professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend home developments ,always a pleasure.

From start to finish we have been so very impressed with Stefan's friendly and transparent service. His excellent craftsmanship has consistently had neighbours, family and passers-by talking and generating a lot of interest (and new clients!). He has taken all our demands in his stride and given us a truly brilliant 2-storey extension to our family home. We are already planning the next part of our home improvement and we will definitely be using Home Developments Sussex. We can't thank them enough!
