Cant recommend the Metamovement enough. It brings together the best of everything and definitely seems to be the best value for money in the area. Great equipment, fantastic variety of classes and small class numbers, a sense of community between coaches and members, it really has it everything. I love to get to the classes, boxfit being my favourite. Ryan and the team really encourage you to push yourself and with the classes being so small you really get the tips and advice to make sure youre using the equipment properly and getting your form right. My partner mostly prefers to use the open gym sessions and is always impressed with how well the equipment is looked after, as well as the time and money that is clearly reinvested into making sure there are always new and interesting items to workout with. If youre worried about an injury or struggling with an exercise one of the team are always happy to give advice and make sure classes are tailored to fit your individual needs. In summary, you wont regret coming to the metamovement gym!

An amazing gym! The entire team are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It's got a great community behind it so you'll always feel included and enjoy your workouts. There are a variety of classes to suit whatever type of workout you're looking for and the coaches can adapt any movements to support you. If you can't make the classes then the open gym is available and there are printed out routines for you to follow as well as some on the PT Hub app. I've moved away now and really struggling to find a gym I feel as comfortable in as I did at Meta. Would 100% recommend. Such a great friendly environment to train in, all the coaches are really friendly but will still push you to work hard!

A gym that is always keeping you on your toes with the classes, great apps if you want to do things in your own in the open sessions also. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable and the people going are friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely love this place!! Boxfit and metalift are my favourite classes. Why wouldnt you want to punch things and lift heavy stuff!?! Great team of coaches and such a nice community.
