Having dealt in property development for over 29 years I can honestly say that Lloyd and his team have been the best sub contractors I have ever used. The team that were sent to work on a 1m listed house and were clean , polite and approachable. Communication throughout the job was great and would highly recommend their services to both developers and owner occupiers. They make the headache of construction vanish .!

Lloyd and the team at Charter projects enabled us to have the house of our dreams.. initially through word of mouth we connected with them to scope out our house project which was a ground floor and 1st floor reconfiguration of our Edwardian semi detached home in Hove. The insight, support and guidance that the Charter team provided throughout was second to none.. they provided a design and build service for us and the work they carried out was always to a highly professional standard. From the practical concepts (i.e. recommendations on where our w.c. should go!) to a very clear and concise plan of action and schedule of works that we could understand helped us to reach the end goal of practical family home sympathetic to the period of the property as well as incorporating modern touches. Were so glad we put our trust in Charter to deliver for us and we would definitely use them again in the future.. Thank you again for your attention to detail and caring about your work, it shines through in our lovely home, and its much appreciated every single day!! John & Sherrie

When I first decided to use Charter Project nearly two years ago I had based my research into eight local builders in Brighton, I decided to use Charter Projects because I felt they were professional from start to finish and even before the work began. I felt very safe going along with them, All these qualities are vital to me as I live a distance away. Moving along with and into the project this has been so important with Covid having being so detrimental to life in general and me living so far away from the house. The project is nearly finished now and they have done the work outlined and even more, On completion my house will look like a brand new house and I am so excited to see the end result. They have fulfilled the above qualities and more, there standard of work has been amazing and nothing has been any trouble for them. I want to take the opportunity to thank Lloyd and his amazing team who you can contact any time and they will give you an accurate and honest opinion. I know who I will be turning to if I need further work to be done!
