We used Golden Crowne to fit a new composite gate. Very pleased with their work. There were a couple of issues fitting the gate due the wall one of the posts was going against not being straight, but they sorted it out and we are very happy with the result. Would definitely use them again!

I've never written a negative internet review about a company but felt I had to after my experience to warn others. I used Golden Crown to attempt to have some fencing repaired in my garden- initially everything went well and they were quick to come and give me a quote and book the work in. However, things quickly went wrong- the fence repair when done was obviously wonky. To their credit, I called them and they came out a couple of weeks later to put it right. A few weeks later we had some wind and the fence panel they had repaired ripped out of the wall again. I contacted them again and Alfred came out in November to have a look and offered again, to rectify the work. Since then, I have lost count of the number of times I've called/emailed/texted to get the work done. My messages are either completely ignored or, if someone does pick up, they reassure me they'll come 'next week' and never arrive. I imagine lots of people will be looking for fence repairs after the recent storms- if that's you, please don't use Golden Crown. They're expensive, the work isn't good quality and once they've got your money they'll ignore you- even after they commit to making good.
