Pettifers Freehouse Hotel

Absolutely awesome dog friendly hotel! Can't recommend enough! We'll definitely be back. It's a real gem for dog lovers (or those without). The owners were so friendly we booked an extra night when I rang to book a dog friendly room. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The food was exceptional (we had dinner there both nights!) and the staff were so friendly and accommodating (even gave an extra sausage at breakfast for our dog!). It didnt feel busy, so felt really relaxing, even over the Easter weekend. There is a lovely place to walk just across the road in the morning and the Cotswolds Water Park is only 10 mins drive away! Perfect location. Thank you for the perfect weekend away!

Dropped in for Sunday lunch. The restaurant and bar have been refurbished in a relaxed contemporary style. The restaurant was quite quiet as it was just after Easter, but the atmosphere was still cosy and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the service very friendly and attentive. We will come again! my wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was fine and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were friendly and cosy. Nico was a perfect mine host who worked really hard to ensure our evening was as enjoyable as we have spent in a while. The food was excellent and we'd return again when in Cotswolds .
