        This company Cotswold Group. I bought a pair of trainers via Runners Need. The toe came away in such a short time. When I reported this. It took way too many communications to resolve the issue. They made it as difficult as possible to sort out. Contacted via Whatsapp, then told to email. Emailed photos, then told to email more photos. Did all this then told to send them back for inspection, then offered a voucher and so on. Basically they were making it very difficult regarding a blatant fault with the trainer. All the time my running suffering with a trainer. If you value good customer service and are a serious sports person. I would recommend avoiding the Cotswold Group chains: Runners Need, Snow & Rock, Cycle Surgery because they obviously have a policy that isn't customer friendly.
