Absolutely brilliant . Had an issue with my order and must point out that this was not the fault of Planet Barbecue. Customer Service was fantastic in resolving for me and in a quick and timely manner. Will definitely order from again Thanks Planet Barbecue

Great company to deal with, there was a delay on my Grill and the company let me know about this ASAP, they kept in touch to keep me updated and I got a lovely gift for the delay, The grill is exactly what I wanted. Super quick delivery when item was back in stock, I will definitely be using Planet Barbecue again in the future.

Execellent. Prices were lower than direct from the manufacturer. Good advice on the phone and even chucked in some feebies. Can't say fairer than that.

I have bought a rotisserie for my weber spirit 300 gas bbq. The price seemed reasonable but I wanted to speak with someone prior to making the purchase as it is a generic fitting and I was not sure if it would work. I did not receive any response and in the end ordered the part anyway. It arrived promptly and seems to be of reasonable quality. However, there is no way of knowing how long the electric motor will last - so I will have to wait and see. The accompanying instructions are of poor quality and I rang both landline and mobile - response came there none! The only problem so far is that the lid cannot fully close whilst the rotisserie is turning, and has to be propped slightly ajar with a piece of wood. I don't think I can recommend this company and will not buy from them again. Lesson learnt - spend a bit extra and deal with someone who actually responds to phone calls!
