J&H Logs

J&H logs is an awful business to deal with. Logs delivered on the date specified. Kiln dried logs were at 17-20%. However, they broke one of our plant pots on the drive. They then denied this was the case despite a neighbour witnessing the incident. When my partner called to discuss with the manager, Emilie, who said that if we didnt have CCTV we couldnt prove it happened and as such she didnt care. She then insulted my partner and laughed at her down the phone. Disgusting behaviour on all accounts and there is nothing that would adhere me to recommending them as a company at all.

Hi. Thank you so much for the logg delivery today along with kindling and coal. I came home to find them all stacked tidy in the place we asked. Amazing service. Definitely recommend. Rachel and Les Metcalfe.

We have used J&H Logs for a few years and always been happy wether with stack or non stacked services Great comms from Emily We have tried other log suppliers but keep returning back to J&H as quality and burn is better

I cant recommend the service from JHLogs enough. Always keep me informed on delivery date and time, wood stacked for me and it burns so well. Been using them for years and highly recommend.
