Town & Country Blinds Melton Mowbray

Just called this company to enquire about curtains and was told they are absolutely rammed and that they cant help me and then put the phone down on me. Shame as had hoped to support local business and need entire house fitting out. Would have been more than happy to wait for their service.

Booked an appointment for a quotation. Stayed in and they did not turn up. I phoned and the response was they forgot to put me into the diary and that I would now have to wait 2 weeks due to them being busy. Said he had realised that he hadn't but couldn't call me as he did not have my number despite coming out to me previously. Would not make a special visit considering the error was not mine. Very poor customer service indeed!

Recently ordered prefect fitting blinds from Town & Country blinds. Excellent service from initial contact to fitting, the blinds look absolutely fantastic and are good quality. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Would 100% recommend Town & Country Blinds. Many thanks Team
