We what can I say. Needed a general service and indexing done on my road bike so gave Ian a ring. 2 days later he was at my door an hour early in typical British weather (chucking it down) In his lovely mobile workshop (Major envy by the way). A perfect job done. As I don't know much about the mechanic side of bikes it was great to learn some skills from Ian. It's was great to have a chat with a fellow bike lover. I wont be going to anyone else now for my bike needs from now on. Thank you

It was ironic in a very good way that I came across Ian as I was looking for a local bike repairer but accidentally called him instead of my local dealer. What a great mistake that was. I urgently needed the bottom bracket bearings on my road bike replacing for a charity cycling event that is in 8 days time. I emailed the details to him and literally within a few hours he was parking up in my driveway ready to repair my bike. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly but more importantly he was focused on a cost effective fix, not selling me expensive parts. In the end he serviced and repaired my main road bike and also replaced the headset bearings on my old winter bike which was no small task due to the age of the components and amount of deterioration involved. All in all outstanding service at a fair price. Ian will be my 'go to' bike man in the future.
