Croxley Alarms are great. Quick to come and fix any issues (often the same day) and very helpful over the phone. We've been with them for 10 years and I'd highly recommend.

Always very helpful. Called this morning to urgently sort out my App and Alarm monitoring. Luke was fantastic, solved my problem, first class customer service. Would highly recommend.

Poor quality system, alarm would constantly go off. Engineers could not fix after 20 times spread over many years!. Ripped out far to many wires and moved to simplisafe alarms better tech, service ,value, alll round I'm pleased we moved. Lost alot of money! Please do not bother replying as I don't care what you say, to little to late!

Generally good systems and service, however their app (for which one pays annual subscription) not always works (frequent error messages). The annual service was efficiently done by a friendly guy. However, when booking it, I was not reminded that they charge for batteries (double what one pays in store).
