Really reccomend this indipendent agency. They do care about you as a person. We have a dog and it is very difficult and stressfull the process of looking for a house. With them it was completely stressfree. It was so smooth and easy that we hardly believed it. In the same day we viewed the house, made an offer and received an answer straight away. Not all agencies can boast efficiency but they certainly can! Thank you Ben and Rochelle.

Great service from start to finish, Ben and Rochelle were brilliant when assisting us with our property search, when we missed out on a property, they helped us find the perfect flat. Always a pleasure to speak to and happy to help with our queries. If I move back to the area, Latham Smith would be the agents I would use.

Rochelle was very rude phoned about renting a property told me not to bother rather to register on zoopla very disappointing service all the other estate agents have been super friendly and helpful Definitely would not recommend this company I asked her how she was and she replied with WHAT DO YOU WANT
