Arrive early if you want to pay to park, the machine doesnt take cash, has no overhead cover, has an almost unreadable green screen and rejects cards arbitrarily, it does begrudgingly take tap. An umbrella helps you to read the screen and means you wont be soaked on a rainy day. I think they are trying to force you to use the app. Overall, a zero for customer service.
