New Road Dental Practice

On Saturday morning I had unbearable toothache so was trying to contact an emergency dentist (my regular dentist is closed weekends) & New Road Dental were the first to answer. Annie was so kind & helpful as having difficulty speaking & she reassured me that the dentist, Paaras, I'd be seeing was "a lovely chap" & would be able to relieve the pain. And indeed he was; & patient too while I told him the problem & history. He explained what he was going to do & while treating me told me what to expect in terms of pain & asking me if ok. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable during the treatment which was excellent and I left there very happy. I would definitely go back there again & recommend them to anyone.

New Road Dental Practice is amazing, I would 110% recommend coming here. Everyone there is so welcoming and lovely. The dental treatment and care I have received has been impecable. Dr Popat has been incredible and always made me feel at ease at every appointment. I had 2 fillings with Dr Popat and it did not hurt at all, she was so gentle and attentive. The hygienist Monika was amazing too! Annie, the receptionist is lovely, always welcomes you with a beautiful smile and so helpful with appointments and queries. Overall, such an amazing dental practice, thank you so much to all the staff

Dental practice with people that are very nice but when I had a filling in March at 92.50 and last week at 160 I am disgusted, I understand they are different types of filling but your time slot is the same so really is the amount of composite so different and after mixing up my appointment they let me off paying for the check up apparently, sorry got the date wrong

I am writing to thank Dr Nimesh Patel and the Practice's staff for the excellent treatment I received last week and earlier this week. One of my old implants became loose and I was very concerned that it might fall out completely and I may swallow it. I was given an emergency appointment. Dr Patel spent a lot of time trying to tighten the implant. He ascertained the problem was the screw had become rounded and wouldn't tighten. Due to the age of the implant he had to source the correct screw. He did this and earlier this week he fitted it. He even provided me with a spare screw in case this issue happens again in the future. Three generations of my family have used New Road Dental Practice due to their attention to detail, their professionism and their warm, friendly staff. I am happy to recommend this practice.
