Purchased a cake stand and it arrived faulty. So much so the base does not fit on the hoop properly. Emailed Kate advising the item had come faulty and she was really blunt and rude, point blank refused to rectify the issue and blamed me. Now my emails are being ignored. Not the customer service you would expect when buying a 200 cake stand and reading a post Kate done with the Sun bragging that she quit school with 2 GCSE and no runs a 130k wedding business. Really disappointed as now we have to find another cake stand and spend money that we dont have so we can have a stand for our cake.
