What can I say other than you have out done my expectations yet again for my new piece! This has been my 3rd time using your company and the 2nd bespoke piece you have created. I cant thank you enough for taking the time to consult and design these. Its been a pleasure. All are fantastic quality! One hugely greatful and happy customer!

When I contacted Nicole from Itsy Bitsy Imprints, I was in possession of a nose mould from my first dog Murphy, taken when he was 5, making the mould 7 years old. It had been cast from once before using fine silver. I reached out to ask if I could have it made in the more sturdy and wearable sterling silver. I was asked for a picture and she was confident something could be done. She was really helpful, friendly and accommodating through the entire process. I expected the mould would be lost in the making of this item, and I told her to do what she needed to. After all, eventually the rubber will degrade I suspect. When the piece was finished, I was stunned that not only was she able to preserve the original mould, but the silver nose was so much more detailed than I expected, it was so obviously Murphy's nose. He died 18 months ago, and I lost not just a dog but my best friend and untrained emotional support animal... so this piece meant a great deal to me. It is clearly well made, was beautifully hand engraved and even hallmarked. It is absolutely perfect, above what I thought was possible and I genuinely couldn't be happier. I have more noses that require a sterling copy, and when I'm ready, Itsy Bitsy Imprints will be the one to do them. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much. xx
