        BEWARE!, Will upsell you in terms of making you feel like you need to go bigger and spend more money, or you would not be worthy. Will sound familiar if your told, the other companies have gone larger... are you sure you dont want to upgrade as yours wont look part otherwise... However not capable of even hanging up the phone properly before they make fun of you! The people who work here... actually drained my soul in their pointless chat.. Absolute rip off merchants, Please dont fund these fun sponges who genuinely have to work here for a living, I pitty them but Dont line their pockets and shop elsewhere. AVOID if you warrant your hard earned money and use another company!!!

        Extremely disappointed. We purchased two scanners pretty much a month ago and still have not received our voice messages from one of the scanners. Numerous emails have been sent to chase this up - all have been to completely ignored! Disgraceful to say the least. I called in last week and was reassured its being dealt with, however I have not received any further updates since the call has been made and still have not received our audio messages for our leads. Seriously thinking of reporting this company and taking further legal actions against them for fraud and our losses.
