We used R Wallace & Sons for mums funeral, we couldn't have made a better choice! Edward was exceptional in the way he conducted the whole experience, of dealing with us right through to the funeral service and even to the day that we scattered the ashes at Scunthorpe Crematorium. Made a trying time alot easier than it might have been otherwise! Can recommend using R Wallace & Sons in the most trying of times!

From our first meeting with Gail Hughes from the firm, we have been extremely impressed with the service provided throughout leading to a lovely funeral of my mother yesterday. I cannot praise the organisation and its staff enough, all those involved yesterday. Special mention to Gail for her kindness, help and respectful professionalism throughout.

Following a close family bereavement R Wallace & Son handled all the arrangements with the utmost professionalism and consideration. From the initial appointment to discuss our familys needs all the way through to the day of the funeral itself and beyond the level of service and care they provided was superb. They went above and beyond to provide support and advice at all stages and helped to make a very difficult time less stressful.

From the moment we informed Edward Wallace of Mums death, we were dealt with in a faultless professional and friendly manner. Gail phoned the next day and came out to see us and couldnt have been more helpful and lovely. She guided us through it all, resulting in Mums sad but very lovely funeral on Friday. Wallaces made a desperately sad and awful time a lot less difficult and we extend our heartfelt thanks to the whole team. Shelley
