Ordered a swim rake from this retailer via tackletarts (platform they sell their goods through) on 19 July. Estimated delivery date 22-23 July still not received. Emails slow to reply. Last response 5th August where they said I could have money back and to let them know what I want to do so I replied requesting a refund. No reply. Avoid at all cost. Go to your local tackle dealer.
