Just spent 5 brilliant days at Windmill Farm, Baston Fen. The owner Simon is an extremely nice friendly man and very helpful too. The showers/toilets/disabled wet room and laundry room are 1st class and very clean. The White Horse and Black Horse in Baston, 3 miles away, serve excellent food and both allow dogs in. Very peaceful quiet site with lots of wildlife. We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful..the Host Simon is warm and welcoming.. the site is Very good , with a newly built facilities block offering pristine toilets & showers, an added bonus is the washroom with fitted washing machine, fridge,and microwave.... The site is central to a magnificent variety of places to visit.. burghley house, Stamford, Rutland water etc.. The site itself is pristine... with a vast amount of space & privacy for each caravan (tourer) ...Adult only site... Super.... Evening bbq's ..treats& drinks... Enjoy

First rate staff and modern pristine facilities. We stayed here for 10 nights in July. Unusually nowadays Simon the site warden cares about his customers. Hes on the go all day working hard to maintain the site facilities & grounds. Windmill Farm Caravan Park is adults only & dog friendly . The campsite has a first class pristine toilet & shower block , laundry room and washing up facility As an added bonus its a perfectly rurally placed Campsite to enjoy a peaceful break . The surrounding area also has plenty to offer including the stately home & grounds of Burghley house , the market towns of & Stamford , Bourne & market Deeping, all within 10 miles . More locally theres a nature reserve, several garden centers & a national trust site at Willow Tree Fen Farm. weve added Windmill Farm caravan park to our favorites list and will be returning very soon !
