Very disappointed in the attitude of this company. I bought a baby aromatherapy book in French in error and EOS agreed that I could send it back and they would forward an English Version. They claimed they did not receive and at the time I couldnt find my receipt of postage so they would not send an English version. I did find my receipt 3 months later and sent it to them but they said they would not send it but I could have a free one with my next order. Poor customer services EOS!! for the sake of 6 or so, if you looked back on records you will see I have been a customer in the past. Very unlikely to use you again.

After a recent negative experience with this company, I thought it would be wise to post a word of advice to people who are looking to partner with them. If you've got an idea and you are thinking of reaching out to this company to potentially work with them. Take my advice, don't do it! They will take your idea and do their own thing with it! I got intouch with them last November/ December to tell them about my idea to create Magic Oils Mantra Cards, initially, they were interested they wanted to know all about my idea and see its progress through the design stages. In hindsight, I can see now that they were only interested in my idea so they could use it to create a very similar deck. It saddens me that companies are like this! It's such an awful experience, I connected with good intentions and now I see the launch of a deck very similar to mine. They couldn't even grace me with a genuine reply to say they weren't interested! I wouldn't mind but I've spent a few hundred pounds over this past two years as a customer with them, I won't be anymore.

Quick to reply to emails, but, not so quick to answer specific questions. This company did not seem interested in helping unless I set up a wholesale account.
