        After returning to the area I sought out a local osteopath, of the back of a review I saw from a highly rated physio I booked an appointment. Kim was brilliant and I would highly recommend. She asked poignant questions at the start, explained in detail some items from a scan I was confused about and the treatment was itself very good. Nor did she rush to kick me out the door at the end of the appointment and took the time to answer some of my questions on exercises. Highly recommend.
