        Working for Ocala Healthcare has been a great experience from the recruitment process to the ongoing work that we do. We have processes in place to show our appreciation for the people we employ and in comparision to other organisations this is phenomenal. We have some great benefits for the people we employ,including great pay and a annual appreciation event where we provide music,afternoon tea, a great raffle as a thank you to not only show our employees but also other care managers and their staff teams within Suffolk.We are person centred and beleive that employees who feel supported,support well.
