Great family run business. Friendly staff . My step father was here for funeral. They looked after my mother's needs & put her mind at rest. Also as I'm a funeral director of 28 years I notice more of the care this firm took. And when my mother says she wants to plan her funeral with them - I'm not worried she will not get the service I would give to my clients

I cannot fault the great customer service we had from Surman and Horwood. When I made my initial call to say that my Dad had passed away, and that we wished to use their services, they showed much compassion and care towards me and my family. They guided us the whole way through the funeral process. Dad was cremated and his ashes interred in the local church. I would recommend Surman and Horwood without hesitation.

We couldnt have asked for anymore from Surman and Horwood. They took wonderful care of our Mum and all the arrangements. They were always available to answer any questions. The funeral itself went as smoothly as well could have wished for.
