Black Cat Yoga

I found Cara's classes entirely by accident and I am so grateful I did. She is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher with both a warm understanding approach to each individual whilst also being very engaging and encouraging. I can't recommend her enough - her mixed ability class is brilliant as there are always different options for both ability and how you're feeling that day! Thanks to Cara I have become much more intone with my body and how it moves. The relaxation aspect of the class at the end is pure magic and always thought provoking / moving and a chance to reset before the day ahead.

I have attended a couple of Caras classes now and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Shes a fantastic teacher and creates a very relaxed and calm environment, I cant recommend Black Cat Yoga enough. I just wished I lived closer so I could attend more classes!

I've been wanting to try Cara's class for a while and when I had a free day off of work it seemed like the perfect opportunity. I really enjoyed the class and I felt excellent afterwards. As a regular yoga class attendee, I thought Cara was really thoughtful when giving different options for each pose and she was able to manage a multi-ability class with ease. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the poses and human anatomy. For me, the introduction of Pilates into the class meant I was trying new exercises and I was really able to push myself. Finally, the relaxation portion of the class was really special and definitely my favourite part!

I've had a few injuries and wanted to get strong again without aggravating those weaker areas. Incorporating Yoga and Pilates is the perfect blend for me as I am rebuilding my strength and flexibility whilst having space to decompress. Cara is a wonderful teacher and all round beautiful human. She genuinely cares about her clients. Movements are modified to suit abilities and she works hard to ensure that we all feel comfortable with our practice. I didn't think I'd find a teacher that I trusted again and I feel very grateful to have found her.

I love going to Cara's classes. They are friendly and relaxed, with all abilities catered for. I am definitely feeling the benefits after only one term.
