Claire is an amazing yoga teacher. Her years of experience enable her to adapt her teaching to all levels and respond to what ever the class needs. I always look forward to her classes and leave them feeling calmer, lighter and more connected.

Living with a degenerative MSK condition I came to yoga later in life as a way to slow down the restriction I was already seeing in movement. Having joined Claire's class as a novice two years ago I was anxious that my limited movement would impede my ability to participate in the class fully. Claire took time to listen and understand my condition and offered simple solutions and adaptations, never once making me feel out of place. Two years on I am more mobile than I have ever been have lost weight and have reduced my medication - all of this is down to Yoga and more importantly to Claire. These yoga classes are incredibly special as Claire fosters a sense of safety, laughter gratitude and community in her classes, there is something very special about practising yoga with Claire. Novice or experienced practitioner there is a level for everyone and I would highly recommend anyone in Crowborough wanting to practise yoga to join Claire's classes.

I discovered Claires yoga 4 years ago when I had severe low back pain which kicked in when I lay down especially. Claires compassionate and gifted approach meant I could keep doing yoga as she helped me adapt around my issues to take part in her wonderful classes.I did have to work through my issues and be determined to stick at it, but her breathing techniques are amazing and I took her advice of doing 10 minutes home practice most days too. Thanks to her knowledge and unique techniques today I am stronger in my whole body than I have ever been and don't suffer with any aches or pains at 50yrs old. I think so many people can experience this type of transformation, just take that leap and try Claire, you will be in safe hands!

I was told many years ago that I should join a yoga class because it would help my anxiety and mental health. It took me far too many years to act on this advice! Claire is an amazing teacher who purposefully maintains small classes and takes time and care to get to know her students and their individual needs. These could be physical needs and/or any health issues that her classes might help us to improve in some way. Claires style is calm and very gentle. Her classes are relaxing and she always reminds us that we dont have to do anything we dont enjoy. I am very happy to say that Claires yoga classes have indeed improved my mental health. What I wasnt expecting was that on top of this, I also feel much more flexible, agile and stronger too! I look forward to my weekly class with Claire very much. Her classes are also friendly and kind. Claire creates a kind and compassionate environment where everyone feels welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Claire to anyone who would like to improve their health, well-being, fitness and happiness
