        Had some happy and very sad times using Well House Vets, they are always professional, compassionate and patient. Most recently visited for a kitten check up and claw clip - the vet and assistant were great and calmed the cats to get the job done safely.

        Absolutely awful experience!! So uncaring. Was told I needed to wait 3 days to have my very poorly cat put down. Took him straight to them and was turned away! So upset! Happy to take 2,000 for my last cats treatment at last minute!
