A stressful experience with this business. I Booked to install a tow-bar on my car, and paid a deposit 3 weeks in advance. Showed up on the assigned date, left the car in the morning with them. Came in the afternoon to pick it up - just to be told THEY DID NOT EVEN GET THE PART YET and it might arrive next week! Wasted my entire day being without a car. I then chased them for 2 weeks on the phone and been told all kinds of lies about the part not been manufactured yet, or the shipping company being unreliable... eventually they called and said the part arrived, but the guy who installs them is on holiday, however the owner said he is willing to install it for me and can do it in 4 hours. I dropped the car with him. He kept calling me throughout the day telling me he is struggling with rusty bolts, and they might snap, so can I leave the car overnight, I said I cannot. He said he had a hip replacement so it's taking him longer but he will do his best.... 8 hours later I was able to get my car finally, tow-bar installed although the panel on top of it is a bit loose & spare wheel also left a bit loose and not been properly re-attached. Honestly this was a bit of a nightmare. I would suggest you go elsewhere as this joint is not the most reliable place around. Service: Car towing

Fantastic service and customer care. Martin and the team worked so hard to sort my car out even when the first wiring loom did not work properly. I cannot fault their customer service, quality of the job or the price.
