        45 minutes late, blew off another customer on the phone who had also been left waiting for 30 minutes, refused to shut the windows in December due to covid even with masks, 40 for an 8 mile journey that took 20 minutes.

        Absolutely disgusting, although its late I got through to someone and requested what I needed. They made out they had no signal hung the phone up and never called me back. Bad service.. Im disgusted how I was treated!!!! You will be reported to the council!!!
